Kingsmen Water Polo Ready for 2023

Three Tournaments, Six Home Games

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — The 2023 Cal Lutheran men's water polo schedule has been released, highlighted by three tournaments and six home games.

The season starts on the road at Air Force with the Rare Air Challenge Sept. 2-3. The very next weekend, the Kingsmen are at the Inland Empire Classic which is capped off with a bout against UCLA.

The Kingsmen are at home for the first time on Sept. 23 as they welcome Caltech to the Samuelson Aquatics Center. They get back on the road for the Gary Troyer Tournament Sept. 29-30, and then have five more conference home games. The regular season ends at home as the Kingsmen host Pomona-Pitzer for Senior Day on Nov. 11.

The Kingsmen made program history last year winning their first Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Tournament championship. They got the right to host the Division III Collegiate Water Polo National Championship and were the runner-up.
